The plant that was delivered wasn’t the plant I ordered. I was satisfied with what they delivered but was surprised I wasn’t contacted that they were substituting orchids

Thank you for your review. We attempted to obtain the azalea tree without success because they are out of season in this area. The only blooming plant other than fall mums and plants was the orchids. To compensate, I made it a double orchid instead of a single to exceed the value of your order. We are very sorry for any miscommunication. Our webpage is supposed to have a disclaimer about the seasons of plants and availability. We will check on that with the webmasters.

This bouquet was stunning; very like the photo, except with added blooms for the premium. I examined the bouquet up close. Exquisite, fresh flowers; such a lovely combination too. Very pleased with my purchase. I hope the family is blessed by it & it brings comfort knowing someone cares.

The staff at Plattsburg Floral & Gift were so incredibly thoughtful when creating the arrangement for the funeral of my friend and coworker's father. Not only was it absolutely gorgeous, but they took the time to call me to let me know that someone else had just ordered the same bouquet and that, if I trusted them, they would make a few changes to create something special and unique. That attention to detail and customer service is rare these days, and I appreciated it so much.
